My Grade 4/5/6 students did a little weaving in art class last week. I can't wait to try this project next fall around Halloween. I plan to include a cool writing activity with it, too.

Welcome to my blog! This year I am teaching 28 students in Grade 5/6. Over the last 10+ years in the profession I have taught Grades 4-9, with a few Grade 1 and 2 classes here and there. I gave administration a try for several years and enjoyed the challenges it brought, too. I love reading teacher blogs, searching Pinterest, and trying new ideas in my classroom.
